If you register for our program, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and all activities under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the program—including videos, worksheets, frameworks, and other content—are the intellectual property of Mind Body Business. You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce this content without our written permission.

5. Third-Party Tracking Devices

We may recommend third-party tracking devices (such as Whoop or similar wearables) to enhance your program experience. These devices are:

• Manufactured and serviced by independent companies, not by us
• Your responsibility to purchase, subscribe to, maintain, and return
• Subject to the manufacturer's own terms, warranties, and privacy policies

We are not responsible for device malfunctions, data accuracy, subscription costs, or any issues arising from your use of these third-party devices. You must have a functioning tracking device to fully participate in the program.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you complete the first month and feel you haven't experienced a meaningful shift, contact us within 30 days for a full refund—no questions asked.

Important: If you request a refund, you must also return your tracking device within the 30-day refund period according to the manufacturer's return policy. If you do not return the device within this timeframe, you remain responsible for all ongoing subscription payments and fees associated with the tracking device

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse our Services. This includes hacking, scraping, or using our content to build a competing product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Body Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll let you know. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
